My heart has gone astray.

So. Its been a while since I posted. A long while if you don't count the link to Kent's fucking retarded msn space thing. God damn I hate that kid. So. On to more important matters, beginning with last friday night. I spent the first half of last round nicks house, a few people were around for a small partay. The stoners got stoned, everyone else did some drinking, we watched a bit of Trainspotting and did some general socialising and stuff. A bit later on I left to go round Kates, and on the way I picked up some alcohol and shit, before sitting around doing pretty much the same as I did at nicks, drinking, talking and watching videos. All in all, both parties were pretty cool. I headed home at about 12, getting a few hours of sleep. Saturday i woke up, did my paper round and went straight back to bed. I woke up later that day and went to hockey. We managed to draw 4-4, the last school being scored from a short corner at the final whistle, which was a right bitch as we deserved to win. In the evening nick and family came over and we had a tasty dinner including fondue, then me and nick spent the evening playing games and stuff. Sunday I had an under 18s match against Luton Town, and this went damn well. We ended up winning 10-1, which was defiently good. I spent the evening doing minimal amounts of work, and thus the weekend ended. The next event of interest was parents evening on wednesday, which went good apart from a certain teacher bitching about me not paying attention in lessons and falling asleep. I bet she wouldn't be happy to know that I've only been to one out of the past 3 friday afternoon geography lessons. But I seem to have a phobia of that lesson, which can only be cured by going home and gaming. heh heh. On thursday I got my new camera, and it is indeed very shiny and cool. And now its friday. And I am stupidly knackered, having spent half the week falling asleep in lessons. Seems like a good time to get drunk!

It takes a teenage riot to get me out of bed right now.

Today children, we will be studying the myth of the true Identity of Lostprophets lead singer, Ian Watkins. Thanks to photographic evidence, we can now prove that in fact Ian Watkins walks among us all, under the alias of richy c. Evidence included below.

Richy c and Ian Watkins. One and the same?

So, on to the post. Again its been a week since I posted. This weekend was less awesome. Friday night I went round Kates. We watched White Chicks which is officialy so shit it hurts, then listened to no music in particular before we started watching Soapstar Superstar, so I left. I met Ben and gruff and we strolled around for a bit before I went home for sleep. Saturday I woke up nice and early, and headed over to Hillingdon station after doing my paper round, where I met em and we headed off to the boat show. It was a pretty cool day, got to see some seriously skilled windsurfing and got some good photos and videos as well as having a good time strolling around the show looking at all sorts of cool shit. I got back from the Boat Show about 7:30, and immeadiatly headed home to get ready for Jacks 16th bday party. After some delays I got there, and proceeded to observe the numerous people who I didn't know and were mostly drunk. I strolled around all evening chatting to people and occasionly putting on a tune of two, had a few beers and some jointage. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy the actual party too much. Oh well. And today? It was an average day up until period 7 when me and jennifer headed out and had a sneaky joint before heading back into school. I did enjoy my day somewhat more than before. Though it didn't help in the larger picture. The other good news today is that there is going to a be a second round of "Tebbs and Richy C's Most Excellent Emo Adventure", as richy c has scored tixs for the second day of Give It A Name, starring bands such as Goldfinger, Taking Back Sunday and...Lostprophets! It will be interesting to see how richy c (or ian?) copes with being on stage and in the audience at the same time. Should be cool. Apart from that, life is shit.

The edge of a blade pressed to the throat of your reflected image, poised, yet totally screwed up.

Well, its been almost a week since I updated. No idea why, time just seemed to slip away. This may be due to the copious amounts of family guy episodes I've been watching. The past week has been..below average. I have enjoyed my paper round as much as is possible to enjoy something whih involves me getting up before 7 in the morning, and I did manage a cool outing with richy c matt and james lloyd on thursday to the base to chat shit and basically remember the good 'ole days. Friday night was pretty good, being spent round katie harkers house. I had a few beers, listened to some music, took a few photos (some of which can be found on my photo blog) and generally had a laugh. However, I got bored later on and went home in a thoughtful mood, while listening to death cab for cutie, which is never a good thing really. I ended up thinking about a fair number of things that I generally prefer to forget about, and got myself down a bit, so I headed to bed. Thankfully saturday night cheered me up, with a celebration of Winter-een-mas at my house, with two TVs, four consoles, pizza and a crate of beer. Lots of gaming was done, including copious amounts of Halo 2 playing as well as a fair few other games, including a stupidly long game of Timesplitters 3. In the end quirke dean mike and jenni slept over, and we ended up watching Red Dwarf and playing the Red Dwarf Drinking Game, which was all good. Next morning after my paper round the Halo playing continued, before everyone got thrown out at around 11. I spent the rest of the day sleeping and generally doing sweet fuck all. Monday night was spent ice skating in Hampton Court, which was good fun. And there we have it. Almost a week of my life.

Love of mine some day you will die, but I'll be close behind, I'll follow you into the dark.

Sigh. Tebbs wants a new iPod. Among other things. I do now have a greatly increased income, due to the fact that I have taken up a paper round, for which i get £20 a week, and it takes me like 20 mins. This combined with the £64 I already get means that a total of £144 a month. This means that I could afford this on two months of my salary, but I've already got 2 months of salary taken up with reading and lowlands, and I really don't want to spend almost £300 on a new iPod. I would have loved to be able to get a 60GB photo iPod, but they've been discontinued apparently which truly sucks as I couldn't care less whether I can play videos on my iPod, I want to play music on it. Though it is a cool function and I would use it, mainly for family guy episodes and a couple of movies. Anyway, moving on from me dreaming about things to buy with all my new found money. School. Nothing could do more to worsen my already bad mood. Well, except a few things, but I can't be bothered to talk about various things which annoy me, like matts hate list, amusing at it may be. The only good thing that has come of school is that I handed in my geography coursework, which means I never have to do any geography coursework again. Thats pretty much all thats happened recently, so I'm gonna go wallow im self pity.

So this is the new year, and I don't feel any different.

And just like that, another year has past.

I looked up my post from last year after new year, and it went as follows:

So this is the new year.
And i don't feel any different.
The clanking of crystal
Explosions off in the distance (in the distance).

So this is the new year
And I have no resolutions
For self assigned penance
For problems with easy solutions

So everybody put your best suit or dress on
Let's make believe that we are wealthy for just this once
Lighting firecrackers off on the front lawn
As thirty dialogues bleed into one

I wish the world was flat like the old days
Then i could travel just by folding a map
No more airplanes, or speedtrains, or freeways
There'd be no distance that can hold us back.

There'd be no distance that could hold us back [x2]

So this is the new year [x4]

Death Cab for Cutie- The New Year.

With that over and done with, onto the post! First thing's first, happy new year everyone!! Second thing is, I want to thank Bish for a fucking awesome party, even though there's no way in hell he reads this. And secondly I would like to apologise to Gareth, for totally fucking his party anally with a big metal rod. Hope your mum didn't screw at you for fucking off or anything. I am soo fucking hungover right now. Thankfully I no longer smell of the beer that BEN PERRY poured on me. I will have my revenge! But all in all, it was a damn good night. So..yeah. Just for the recond, I do realise i'm chatting shit. On a random side note, I *finally* got myself a new phone. It's incredibly basic, and shit but it is actually mine, and has a cool torch thing on the top, plus it only cost £15. So after about 7/8 months, I can give rachel her phone back. I have yet to do this however.

My life is disapearing. Where have I been for the past year? 2005 literally flew by. I remember sitting here this time last year and thinking about my GCSEs and reading and all that stuff, and now thats all in the past. its a scary thing. Early last year I did some stupid quiz thing, and one of the sections was things you're looking forward to. It looked a lot like this. Mainly because this was it.

09 Things You're Looking Forward To:
1. The end of my GCSEs
2. This summer
3. Reading festial
4. Going to sixth form in September.
5. The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy movie coming out, as well as the Red Dwarf movie which i've heard rumous of.
6. Finding a girlfriend. Though that could be some time.
7. Getting my own place.
8. Travelling the world.
9. The future

Seems strange, that nothings really changed. Well, apart from the bit about the Hitchikers guide to the galaxy. The only other difference is that instead of my GCSEs, ending its now my AS levels. So from this point of view, this entire year has been a waste of time. But I had fun doing it, so fuck it. Of course the main event of the past few days is of course the yearly tradition of new year. It all began at about 4 with myself heading to ux to buy alcohol for one party, then heading home and going to Ryefield to get alcohol for sauls party. At about 8 myself and quirke were walking down Tudor Way laden with 4 large bags bulging with alcohol. We met pilch and ben at hillingdon shops, and shared our load with them so that we could get to sauls with our limbs attached. We got there after a while, and dumped the alcamohol round the side. An hour or so later sauls 'rents left and the party really got started. I spent the first couple of hours making my way through leftover alcopops, before moving on to good ole' beer. Myself and dean married a fair few people, including matt and siobhan, jenni to various people including richy c and paul, and the cutest couple of the evening, ben and quirke. The lanky stoner and the fat irishman. Lovely. At just gone midnight, a fair few people went outside and we popped open some champagne and a few bottles of bucks fizz, which was all good. Shortly after this I headed over to hannahs, stopping over to take a piss on the Vyners sign and throw an empty bottle of bucks fizz down the Vyners entrance lane. All good clean fun. In the end I was still drinking at about 5AM, even if it was only small amounts, and I got absolutely no sleep. In the morning we did some tidying up, sort of, and watched charlie and the chocolate factory, before heading home. I spent a few hours sleeping, and now I'm finally getting down to doing some work. I have to do a quarter of my AS geography cw, in 3 days, having taken about 3 months to do the rest. Fun fun.
