Its just the way that her hair fell down around her face, and I recall my fall from grace
Dayum, I need a job. Lately I've been playing a lot of Oblivion. Perhaps too much. For example, when i went downstairs yesterday to grab something to eat, my dad complained about me jacking apricots. I immediatly though he was going to alert the guards, and though I had better get my sword out and silence him. Then I realised I was back in the real world. Nick tells me a similar story of how when walking down the road, he saw a plant and wondered what he could harvest from it. Oblivion does link to the reason why i need a job, 'cause my computer, something which is central to my life, needs upgrading, badly. Out of the orginal components in my computer, I think only my proccesor, my floppy drive and one of my CD drives are the only ones that remain. However, I do need to improve a lot of things. I need more RAM so that games such as oblivion run more smoothly, and I need a proccesor and new graphics card for the same reason. I also need a new hard drive, as mine is pretty much full. A new motherboard is probaly needed in order to support these upgrades. In order to get all these things, I'm looking in something in the region of about £500 or £600 quid. This is money I really don't have. I'm currently in debt by about £60, plus I want to get a new mp3 player as my iPod is slowly dying, and thats like another £200 quid I don't have. So if anyone who reads this knows where I can get a job (not that anyone really does) please tell me. Anyway, on to the events of the past week. School, as usual, was boring. However, thanks to the fact that i have dropped geography, I now have a lot more free periods, meaning I can take tuesday and wednesday morning off. Thursday was an awful day, as me and mike got refused entry to the Koko when we went to see Hope of The States, as it was over 18s only. So we wasted like £16 on a gig we didn't get into. Friday was kates party, where yet again myself saul mike dean and innes showed how much of a bunch of alcoholics our year is, drinking easily twice as much as the other people there. Mr Innes (hes a real person really) ended up throwing up, and I ended up sleeping over, which wasn't in the original plan. Certain other things happened, but I don't particuarly want to mention them here. On saturday me mike and nick saw art garfunkel in kenwood house, which was awesome, if amazingly posh. The golden circle was an area full of deck chairs, and in the main area people were sitting around with picnic baskets and sipping champagne. Instead of beer and burgers being on sale, there was Pimms, coffee wine, deck chairs and varios M&S products, as they were sponsoring the event. In the spirit of it, me and nick bought a bottle of wine, but we had to get mike to finish it, as my stomach was still a bit iffy after the alcohol consumption from the night before. That and it wasn't exactly great wine. Garfunkel played a great set, with all the big hits except "I am a rock", and we all went home happy. Sunday I did nothing except play oblivion and a tiny bit of work. Monday morning I played oblivion, went into school where I discovered my lesson was cancelled, meaning I had only one lesson. And today i had one lesson so I stayed at home to sleep and play oblivion. And now I'm looking at custom PCs costing upwards of a grand and praying.
